One must also realize that the health care workers have lives outside of work and families. They are like the rest of us. There’s no way to directly correlate that masks don’t work because people who wear masks get the virus. At some point, every single person is maskless in the presence of another person, most likely family. Many arguments against masks (in particular) are incomplete because they don’t consider the full reality of daily life.

I have Levi (for a while longer at least) and Buddy. Lilly passed away last November. It's really hard to get a good photo of Buddy. Levi is probably not long with us. He's 17, and now suffering from really bad hip and joint problems, has a Grade IV murmur and still battling DLE. Love that gentle soul. He's a battler!

Thanks G. Not sure if I am or not. On one side of me are some crazies I can't do anything about. So hoping for awesome to buy the house on the other side of me. Speaking of crazies...I suspect drug activity, blatant drug activity, at that house. I see cars stopping in the alley and things exchanging hands. I found a needle iny yard,which is surrounded by a 6' privacy fence that is always locked. And I saw a car parked in my drive the other day and people coming and going to and from it. I called the police, but since I scared the people off by setting off my car alarm, I figured it made no sense for them to come out. So, I have to wait till something happens and then they told me I can call. I wish that house would get sold

The house next door to me is for sale. I was out cleaning up my yard after mowing when a potential buyer showed up. She asked me a ton of questions and I put forth my best “awesome neighbor” persona. We have a great rapport. Then we notice someone has stripped the copper out of the A/C. I doubt she buys the house now. All that “nice” for naught.

I now have an Android for my personal (Pixel), and I was forced to go to an iPhone for work. So, as a daily user of both for the last 8 months, I'll still keep doing the Android thing if I'm paying for it.

Congratulations, Xavierians! I am excited about this hire! I'm really looking forward to epic battles again, and for that rivalry excitement to return. It's been far too long. Trinity has a practice field that is located a few blocks from the school. At least when my son played at T, they practiced there, not on the game field. That field is grass and has a pretty busy street as a boundary.
