This sounds like the best guess score so far.

Russell is playing much better football. It's a shame it took them so long to wake-up, but they are starting to play to their potential. Russell has some confidence now going into Belfry, but ultimately Belfry is just better. I think Russell will keep it closer then some of you give them credit for but Belfry pulls away in the end 36-20.

I agree. When it's playoff time, you can throw wins and losses out the window. If you have enough people to put on the field, you've got a chance to win:thumb:

 

Just for the sake of conversation, Belfry beat the above 4 teams by an average of 29.8 points. Russell beat the 4 teams above by an average of 29.5 points.

So it will be Belfry by 3 tenths of a point over Russell. That was easy peasy. :laugh:

Belfry wins.

Why? How many teams have ever gone into Belfry in the 2nd round of the playoffs and won? I don't know the answer to that question, but I'm guessing it's very few.

Russell is playing with some emotion now, and I expect them to fight, claw, and scratch for every yard they can get. I don't know if they will win or not, but I would say this will be a real good game.

I think the Pirates will pull this one out, but I'm not expecting anything but a great game that won't be decided until the final horn.

I took Russell in this one. Even though I think Belfry is the better of the two teams, I think Russell's offensive style will give Belfry's defense problems, but I'm not sure that Russell will be able to stop Belfry. Here is betting that an official will whistle Belfry's backs for early movment (they get out of those stances pretty quick) and that a couple turnovers are the diffrence.
