I hear some Black Bears stirring around ready to come out of hibernation for the first time. The excitement building up and having to wait is almost unbearable. GO BEARS!!

I've been doing this countdown since the first of the year, my girlfriend is ready to cause me bodily harm. I usually give to her about twice a week to the minute. I'm ready for some football, you know, the kind with no contracts or comercials, just good'ol boys in it for the love of the game.

I'm a fan of several sports; and the local high school has had some recent success in basketball.

But absolutely nothing beats Friday night lights...
