July 28, 200719 yr I don't remember anyone saying it isn't a top program, only that it isn't an "Elite" program yet, and these rankings back that statement up.
July 28, 200719 yr I have aknowledged that U.L. has came a long way and has a good program. I have also said that I don't consider them a national powerhouse or "Elite" program. I can certainly see where they are in the top 20 due to their recent 5-10 years sucsess.(guessing on the time span, didn't care to look up the W-L records but I know they have been good). Congrats to the Cards on the ranking.:thumb: Oh well - Ohio State is at #2;) , and 5 SEC teams are in the top 15!! :ylsuper: :ylsuper:

July 28, 200719 yr Boise State is a freakin' joke.... Oklahoma wasn't laughing too hard last year........ For that matter UL didn't have laughers with them either: 2004 UL 44 Boise St. 40 1999 Boise St. 34 UL 31 They're actually 5-2 in bowls the last 10 seasons.
