Am I forgetting something? I really feel like I am forgetting something obvious.

And where is your favorite steakhouse?

And what do you like to put on your steak (if anything)?

:thumb:I would have to agree. None better then the Precinct IMO. Malones in Lexington is pretty good as well.

Medium to Medium Rare. Onions and Mushrooms. A good steak needs no steak sauce but I do like some a-1 with my fries.

As far as my favorite steak house, I honestly don't have one. I've never had a steak I didn't like.

Medium Rare, Montana Steakhouse in Bowling Green

My favorite place to get steak is the Waterfront in Covington.

Well done. Cooked on the grill with Vidalia onions and Morel mushrooms.

Medium at Texas Roadhouse. I've had the Jeff Ruby aged steaks and $ for $, the Texas Roadhouse steak was better.

Heinz 57

Right there with you brother.

Can't say that I disagree with this one at all. The Roadhouse has great steaks and you can't beat the prices.

Is the one here in Ashland still the chains highest income producer ? I know several years ago it was.

Well done New York Strip and many places.

PH and I like our med-well. My favorite is PH cooking it. His is the best...really. He has a few things he does to make it really tender and some things he uses that he will not let people know....I know!!! Anyway, so tender, so good....I like A-1 on mine! He is going to make us some Porterhouse on Sunday. We got them from the butcher shop..fresh and tender and jucy...YUMMMYYYYYY!

The temperature depends on the cut. Ribeyes I like to have medium, but sirloins I prefer medium rare. Regardless of the steak I want it blackened.

I've eaten at quite a few so called 5 star houses like Berns, Ruth Chris, and Sam Seltzers, to name a few. My favorite steakhouse is still Longhorn.
