Keith Tandy committs to West Virginia

Keith Tandy 5'10 (Athlete) Christian Co. has verbaled to West Virginia where they project him as a CB. Tandy visited there 2 weeks ago and fell in love with the place. He stated a month ago he wanted to go out of state for his college carreer.

WVU seems to be getting a more Kentucky athletes than I would like to see.

I'd have rather him go in-state, but it is nice to see him go to a big time college. He is a great athlete and I've no doubt he'll be successful. Congrats!

Agreed... it is also obvious that West Virginia is looking for more athletes than anything..players who can play multiple roles.

Somethign I found funny when UL played WVU was that WVU had more starters from the state of Kentucky than from the state of West Virginia

What position does Tandy expect to play at West Virginia? I know he was a quarterback at Christian, but would he have the ability to step in for Pat White in a couple years?

Right now they project him as a CB. Early on he was getting looks as a WR. He's listed at 6'1 but in actuallity he's 5'10.

Tandy was also getting some looks from some ACC schools for baseball.
