April 7, 200818 yr I think it'd be a good idea. Can you imagine what college basketball would have been like this year? An Oden and Conley led team playing against a Derrick Rose led Memphis team again? or if Kevin Durant is at Texas this year, would Memphis had even made it to the championship I think it'd bring more excitement back to college basketball considering this year's first two rounds were very boring.
April 7, 200818 yr I guess it would be good? My Virginia team never has any players that leave early anyway, so it doesn't matter. But for them to have to face the power house teams in the ACC that will be "forced" to keep their NBA lineup together, that wouldn't be fun. :lol:

True, but there are a lot of other factors that have allowed the NFL to achieve the position in popularity they have risen to. The NBA has gotten a lot better. The game itself has improved as has the quality. However, it is fighting a perception or stereotype that really isn't true.
April 7, 200818 yr Here at the Final Four we've just received a press release that NCAA President Myles Brand and NBA Commissioner David Stern are "to make a major announcement" at a joint press conference here at 2 p.m. on Monday. Speculation is the announcement could be that the league is raising the age limit for players coming into the NBA from 19 to 20, meaning a player must have have two years of college basketball, or an equivalent, before joining the professional ranks. http://johnclay.typepad.com/sidelines/2008/04/nba-2-year-rule.html
