The point of the whole jet thing was that Murkowski bought a $2.7 million jet (against the wishes of the legislators and on the state's credit) and Palin said that it was over-the-top. She followed up on a campaign promise, and got back some of the money that the incumbent governor had lost.

You seem a little short on facts and very long on accusations. Before accusing somebody of lying, I like to post an actual quote. When I read an accusation on a blog that somebody has lied but they do not include a quote, I usually find the the blogger is the one lying. Selling the governor's plane was one of Palin's main campaign promises because it represented the audacity and corruption of the Murkowski administration. It was a very big story in Alaska and it is easy to find the truth if one is willing to spend a couple of minutes on Google. Obama supporters are really getting deperate. This false accusation is all over the web and Google has promoted it to the top of the hit lists.
