Please have your first weigh-in by the end of the evening (1/4) and let the competition begin. We will have weigh-in updates every two weeks, if for whatever reason you forget or just can’t get it in that day, it’s okay just try and stay on schedule as best as possible. So, the next weight in will be Sunday the 18th. We will be having a six month and a one year competition that will run together. Our goal is to lose at least 1000 pounds all together throughout the year. Feel free to post your goal with your weight if you would like. Lastly, two things…if you want your weight to be private, send it to me in a PM and I will only show the amount of weight that you have lost each weigh-in and that’s all. And don’t cheat, if you do, you will only be hurting yourself…so don’t lie about your weight or be ashamed. We are here as a support group. sportsfan41 Posted January 4, 2009 Share Posted January 4, 2009 I'm weighing in @ 192. No weight goal in mind, I'll say I'm looking to gain two inches on the bi's and lose maybe an inch on the waste. I can wear a 30 waste right now, but my legs are too big for them. Sure would be cool to say I could squeeze into a 29 in shorts, no way my legs ever let me do anything less, well atleast not as long as I can walk, and I'd rather not sacrifice walking for wearing a 29 in jeans. Haha you and I can compete against each other. I think you'll be at more of an advantage though, I'm in the middle of about a 4 year plateau. You put up those #'s and I'll do likewise.
