Deming 70 Fleming County 68

Featured Replies

Second big win for the Devils in a row. Starting to play ball the way they can. Maybe the win over Pendleton County on Tuesday wasn't a fluke after all.

Deming let the panthers back after leading 41 - 26 at the half. I must say Fleming Co. tried to pull out every trick in and out of the book in this one. Interesting game to say the least.

Fill us in Sugar Daddy

To make a long story short, Deming is up by 5 with the ball and a little over a minute left in the game. Before they can get the ball in, one of the Fleming Co players kisses a Deming kid on the cheek, who responds by shoving the kid. The result is an intentional foul on the Deming kid, Fleming shoots 2 foul shots and gets the ball back. It could have cost Deming the game, but it didn't. I will admit, this is the craziest thing I've ever seen in a basketball game!!!

Classic.

I wouldn't have believed it, had I not been there. I talked to the Deming kid after the game and he was totally embarassed.

Once again, the officials don't see it all. Fleming player should have been T'd up!!!! What player got the romantic tactic?

Talk about a personal foul. Sheesh.

I can not believe a Fleming player would do that. Whe Mason played them all of their players were angels according to some posters.

Probably should have "turned the other cheek".

Reminds me of Bill Rafftery (The KISSSS) ...

I consider that a quality win for Deming. Congratulations!

Hope they can keep the momentum going into the tournament.
